- An email is sent to the landlord stating someone has applied to your complex
- A completed application is available for printing with ALL fields filled out by the tenant
- A completed credit report with FICO score from any or all three bureus (other searches are available- criminal, eviction, etc.)

- Application fee is paid (via credit card)and collected for processing
How do we get paid? Able Screening gets paid for each credit report submitted and processed.
